ViralXHub does not host or upload any videos on its servers. All content featured on this website is embedded or linked from external third-party platforms. Any copyrighted material appearing on an external site must be handled directly with the hosting provider.
Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been linked or displayed on ViralXHub in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a formal DMCA request including:
- Your full name and contact information (email address required).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on ViralXHub where the material appears.
- The URL of the original copyrighted material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by you, the copyright owner, or the law.

Processing Your Complaint
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove the link(s) or content in question from ViralXHub as soon as reasonably possible. Since we do not host any videos, removal applies only to links or embeds.
Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or unauthorized, you may submit a counter-notification with:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the removed material and its original URL.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local court in case of legal disputes.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed link unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
